PKM-zeta inhibitormostly known as ZIP (Zeta Interacting Protein), is an experimental drug tested with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder victims. When the drug is used sparingly, it can erase selective memories.
On the Show
After Roman was shot and taken by Jane to a warehouse in order to patch his wound, she injects him with ZIP so he could start all over again and become a new person just the way she did after her entire memory was wiped.
According to Robert Borden, when ZIP is used sparingly, it can erase selective memories from a subject; however, high dozes and prolonged exposure to it will result in death.
