Juliet Chang is the Deputy Director of the CDC and a member of COGS.

Juliet studied at Columbia where she met Walter Tunnel at his epidemiology class and later interned for him. She later worked with Walter at the CDC and she was present at the moment of his death.
She's also a member of the Continuity of Government Subcommittee also known as COGS.
