Eleanor brought two NASA experts to help Patterson stop Shepherd's attack and offered Jane the chance to relocate for a new life away from the FBI.
She was eventually arrested for kidnapping Natasha Zapata and the murders of Stuart and Eric Vance aka "Van Gogh".
